the staff was helpful and friendly (especially when i needed directions). the location is super convenient, just a short walk to gare du nord. i not sketchy at all and comfortable in the area. the free breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with fresh croissants and baguettes!
the room layout was a little unusual, with the entry door opening directly into the bathroom area, but honestly, it was a minor thing.

the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. the bathroom was a great size, newly fitted with modern fixtures. the staff were so wonderful and very helpful with directions. breakfast was included and that was a welcome bonus.
the room was very small, but it was okay for one person.

the staff assisted us with carrying our suitcases to the fifth floor as there is no elevator! they were very valuable in helping us plan our way back home! we are grateful for their attention.
